Rebekah grew up in Sandpoint, ID playing soccer and skiing. She completed a Bachelor in Science at Penn State University in 2003, and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2007. Her first employment brought her to Sacramento and the Bay Area where she became certified in Pilates by Balanced Body. Upon marrying her husband, James, they moved to Bangalore, India for his work where Rebekah ran her first PT/Pilates business for fellow expats and locals alike. Four Pines PT in Jackson was her home between 2011-2018 during which time they welcomed two sons. In January 2020, she opened Victor PT & Pilates alongside Wright Training Gym with whom she had befriended the owner, Crystal, and been an active gym member since her initial move to Jackson, WY.
